Job summary

HAZA Foods in Norwood, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead the Wendy's team. You will motivate staff, uphold brand standards, promote a Customer First culture, and help increase profits through great service.

Responsibilities include problem solving, decision making, scheduling, training, and ensuring food safety. Must stand most of the shift, have a High School Diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
