Job summary

Taaleri Energia is seeking an analytical, ambitious Analyst to join our divestment team. You will contribute to transaction execution, exit strategy development and value creation across a renewable energy portfolio, with a role based in Helsinki or Budapest.

We expect strong academic records and experience in finance, M&A, private equity or renewable energy, plus excellent English communication. You will work with stakeholders across countries using AI tools as part of a modern analytical

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree in finance, economics, business or engineering.
• Internships, university projects or work in finance, M&A, private equity or renewable energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in modelling/valuation.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate across countries/functions.
• Strong communication skills in English, written and presentations.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of a modern toolkit.
• Collaborative mindset, integrity and genuine interest in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Build, review and maintain financial models, valuations and analyses.
• Support transaction processes including due diligence and coordination.
• Analyse market conditions, exit options and value-creation opportunities.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, advisers and other stakeholders in divestments.
• Support transaction documentation, negotiations, signing and deal execution.
• Contribute to portfolio valuations, fund-performance analysis and investor reporting.
• Improve tools and processes across the divestment team.
