Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE invites applications for a Field Service/Commissioning Engineer to support customers in Finland and across Europe. The role focuses on installing, commissioning, maintaining, and supporting complex airport systems to the highest standards.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on electrical/automation experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to international colleagues and customers. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Science, IT, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with electrical/automation/industrial IT systems; use of tools and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, and support mission-critical airport systems.
• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, commissioning and diagnostics on-site and remotely.
• Update and handle technical documentation.
• Provide technical expertise and customer support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on-site; take ownership of tasks.
• Conduct on-site surveys and compile technical reports.
