Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced AI Agent Power User to support an enterprise AI training project. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating AI assistants within real-world business workflows, testing complex scenarios, and providing actionable feedback to researchers and product teams.

You will document workflows, apply evaluation rubrics, and identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities while connecting tools like Google Drive, Gmail, Slack and Notion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology-enabled business functions.
• Daily, hands-on experience using ChatGPT and Claude for real work.
• Experience creating or applying evaluation rubrics, QA scorecards, or content guidelines.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Authorized for contract work and located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Run multi-step business workflows using AI assistants.
• Document workflows and identify performance gaps against business needs.
• Evaluate outputs using defined rubrics and quality criteria.
• Provide actionable feedback to AI research and product teams.
• Link AI tools with workplace platforms like Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, Notion.
• Maintain detailed, reproducible documentation.
