Job summary

Nitor is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Coach to work at the business-technology interface in Helsinki. You will guide ambiguous AI and data ambitions into actionable strategies while leading senior stakeholder dialogues and ensuring practical delivery.

The role blends advisory credibility with hands-on coaching across cross-functional teams. You will shape operating models, governance, and roadmaps that reflect client maturity, balancing ambition with realistic execution.

Qualifications

• Advisory or consulting experience in strategy, digital, or data and AI transformation.
• Experience in a larger organisation with broad stakeholder responsibility.
• This is not an entry-level role; credibility with senior stakeholders up to C-level is required.
• Ability to turn vague ambition into concrete problems, options and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading early, ambiguous AI and data conversations with business leaders.
• Shaping AI and data strategies, operating models, and roadmaps tailored to client maturity.
• Designing the roles, governance, and ways of working a transformation needs to survive past kickoff.
• Bridging business and technical teams so strategy intent survives engineering work.
• Staying close from slides to delivery, protecting business value as work moves forward.
• Helping clients see where AI fits their processes and where it does not.
• Coaching client leaders to carry the change after the engagement ends.
• Joining early client conversations and shaping proposals with a focus on expertise.
• Promoting broader transformation themes beyond reactive requests.
