Job summary

Orion Pharma is seeking an AI Solution Expert to design, develop and maintain AI solutions that create business value. The role combines hands-on solution development with identifying AI opportunities, taking ideas from concept through to production-ready implementation.

This role requires deep AI knowledge, excellent problem-solving and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. It offers a hybrid working model in Espoo or Turku and reports to the Head of Development Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience transforming proof-of-concepts to production ready solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in managing external partners.
• Experience implementing AI agents.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI applications and improvements.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments.
• Test and document AI solutions and processes.
