You will own the big picture of our software architecture, connect applications, data models and APIs, and stay hands-on while mentoring the team. In this role you will lead the transition to AI-native development, define scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex systems and hands-on coding still valued.
• Strong knowledge of modern front-end and back-end tech stack.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve software architecture across applications, data and APIs.
• Prototype solutions, review implementation and guide development teams.
• Drive AI-native development with modern tooling and practices.
• Improve scalability, security and maintainability of the software estate.
• Coach developers and raise technical standards across the team.
