Job summary

Wolt is hiring backend engineers to lead AI-first development at scale. You’ll design and own backend features with an emphasis on AI-agented workflows, across multiple brands, with ownership from concept to production.

You’ll thrive on cross-functional collaboration across backend, data, ML, and product teams, building reliable systems and tooling to accelerate AI-driven development.

• Own features end-to-end from idea through production.

• Develop internal tooling and abstractions to accelerate AI-assisted development.
