Job summary

Capalo AI Oy in Helsinki is seeking an AI Engineer (Asset Onboarding) to bring new battery assets and hybrid parks onto Capalo Zeus VPP, handling integration specs and testing to ensure safe live operation.

You will work closely with customers and asset partners, translate technical docs into working connections, write code for integrations, and apply AI tools to speed up everything while preserving quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in integrations, QA or testing, implementation, or solutions engineering.
• Ability to read technical docs and translate specs into working setups.
• Methodical testing mindset with attention to correctness.
• Strong communication with customers or partners.
• Experience using Python for coding.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve work speed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new battery assets and hybrid parks onto Zeus VPP, from integration to live operation.
• Translate integration specs and asset docs into working connections.
• Test end-to-end data flows, commands, and dispatch before live.
• Communicate with customers and asset partners to gather requirements and close gaps.
• Write and adapt code for integrations, tooling, testing.
• Leverage AI tools to increase speed while maintaining quality.
• Support production and onboarding tasks as needed.
