Job summary

Sanoma Learning is seeking an AI Project Manager to join the AI Enablement team. You will bridge AI work with Communications and Strategy, ensuringAI content is clear and engaging for colleagues, customers, and partners.

You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Data and AI and collaborate across operating companies and central functions. You will drive the AI update newsletter, run webinars, curate the AI Hub, and coordinate external communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing AI or technology-enabled initiatives.
• Strong ability to coordinate across functions and geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• AI communication — act as counterpart to Communications; curate AI content and coordinate delivery.
• Own editorial cycle of the AI update newsletter; shape stories and manage schedules.
• Run AI webinar and event series; coordinate speakers and logistics.
• Curate and maintain the AI Hub; ensure current, usable content.
• Coordinate AI content for external channels; gather input and guide public messaging.
• Sync a shared AI communications calendar with stakeholders to avoid clashes.
• Develop thought leadership with Strategy; source external speaking opportunities and manage submissions.
• Prepare speakers and materials for external engagements; align narrative and evidence.
• Drive production of white papers on AI in education; coordinate authors and timelines.
• Manage relationships with research institutions and academic partners.
