Job summary

Lokki Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy in Helsinki is seeking a Scrum Master for a banking industry client. The role combines Agile leadership, team coaching, and execution leadership to drive delivery from idea to implementation.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-team deliveries, and explore AI-enabled improvements across the SDLC. The position is hybrid with a start Oct 2026 and end Mar 2027, with potential continuation and a competitive salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader in a technology-driven environment.
Strong delivery leadership and cross-team coordination capabilities.
Good understanding of API-based architectures, cloud technologies, DevOps and modern software practices.
Understanding of Open Banking or financial services tech ecosystems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and continuously improve Agile ways of working, ensuring effective Scrum/SAFe practices.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, backlog refinement and PI Planning.
Coach team members, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and value-driven delivery.
Own strategic initiatives and cross-team deliveries from idea to delivery lifecycle.
Drive AI opportunities and promote AI-first mindset across the SDLC.
