Job summary

Sanoma is seeking a Compliance Programme Manager to join our Compliance team in Helsinki on a full-time, hybrid basis, replacing a temporary parental leave. The role sits at the intersection of compliance, technology, privacy, AI and organizational change, helping embed policies, controls and governance into everyday business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, business or other relevant field.
• 3–5 years of program, project or process management within compliance, privacy, risk, governance or related area.
• Interest and practical experience in using AI, automation and digital tools to improve ways of working.
• Experience with OneTrust or a comparable privacy program management platform is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual priorities, roadmaps and governance cycles of Sanoma's Compliance Program.
• Maintain and improve program templates, documentation, intranet resources and governance forums.
• Coordinate policy reviews with policy owners and subject matter experts across the organisation.
• Develop practical guidance, communications and training materials for day-to-day policy understanding.
• Use AI agents and other digital solutions to improve policy accessibility, self-service and knowledge management.
• Explore new ways to transform policy, compliance and training content into engaging formats.
• Support compliance and privacy reporting, dashboards, metrics and management reporting.
• Contribute to governance tooling, workflows and technology roadmaps.
