Solita Oy is seeking an Integrations Lead to own Solita’s internal integrations within the Group IT organization and shape how our Business Tech landscape evolves as the company grows. You will combine hands-on integration expertise with management, prioritization, and cross-domain collaboration across HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure reliable system connections and scalable growth.

• Own and manage internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Ensure existing integrations are maintained and operate reliably and meet SLAs.
• Drive the development of new integrations together with internal stakeholders and technical experts.
• Define ways of working for how integrations are designed, built, maintained, and supported.
• Coordinate internal development capacity and services by leveraging Solita’s wider integration expertise when needed.

We are looking for an Integrations Lead to join Solita’s Group IT organization and to take ownership of Solita’s internal integrations and help shape how our Business Tech landscape works as we continue to grow.

In this role, you will ensure our internal systems connect reliably, support business needs, and evolve in a scalable way. You will combinehands-on integrationexpertisewithmanagement, prioritization, and stakeholder collaborationacross domains such as HR, Finance, and Operations.

Whatyou’lldo

As Integrations Lead, you willmanage Solita’sinternal integrations and help shape how integration development and operations are run going forward.

Your responsibilities include:

• Owning and managing internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including systems such as ERP and CRM.
• Ensuring existing integrations aremaintainedand operate reliablyand meet SLAs
• Driving the development of new integrations together with internal stakeholders and technical experts
• Defining ways of working for how integrations are designed, built,maintained, and supported
• Coordinatinginternal development capacityand servicesbyleveraging Solita’s wider integrationexpertisewhenneeded. We have ~140customer-facing Integration Architects and specialists to back you up and help you evolve.What are the latest best practices onbuilding integrations orleveragingAI? –we'vegot you!
• Working withotherservice managers, application owners, and business stakeholders tomaintainand prioritize the integrations backlog
• Helping service domains enable small-scale maintenance and continuous improvement in their existing integrations.E.g.HR & Financecouldmaintainand develop Payroll & Banking integrations independently.

You will report to theDirector, Business Tech &Developmentand work closely with stakeholders across ourBusiness Platform(EPR, CRM, Analytics tools, AI tools, Collaboration tools like Slack, Teams, M365+ various in-house built apps).There are no managerialnoreconomic responsibilities in this role other than tracking the cost of integrations and related tools themselves.

Location and salary

This position is primarily based in theHelsinki metropolitan area, with flexibility for hybrid work. Strong candidates from elsewhere inFinlandwill also be considered.Please note that relocation support is not available for this position. Applicants must have a valid residency and right to work in Finland at the time of application.

The salary range for this role is€5,000–6,000/month, depending on experience and capabilities. This position does not include bonus components. A standard benefits package is included.
