Job summary

Mains’l Services is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support in homes and communities. In this 1:1 role you’ll build meaningful relationships and help a person live their best life with person-centered care.

You’ll support daily living activities, community involvement, errands, and transportation while maintaining a safe and welcoming home. Flexible full-time or part-time options and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports).
• Support community involvement and social connections.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home.
• Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Document daily activities and care.

What You’ll Do

As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful.

You may:
