vidIQ, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a YouTube Video Editor & Motion Designer to work on-site. You will edit long-form videos (10–20 minutes) with strong motion graphics to explain concepts clearly and keep viewers engaged.

You’ll collaborate with hosts and producers, craft pacing, and own the edit from first cut to final delivery. The role emphasizes taking ownership, proposing improvements, and delivering within approximately three-day turnarounds while maintaining the vidIQ publishing

Portfolio of long-form videos you personally edited, including motion graphics work.

Responsabilidades

Make ideas easy to understand through visuals and motion graphics.
Build motion graphics, diagrams and visual examples to explain the host's points.
Identify gaps in spoken explanation and add visuals to help viewers follow along.
Maintain appropriate pace and tighten takes to keep the story moving.
Bring personality and humor to the video, using memes, music, SFX, and B‑roll where fitting.
Take ownership of edits and deliver strong first cuts.
Review your work for accuracy and ensure visuals support the narration before feedback.
Adhere to the publishing schedule; typical videos run 10–20 minutes with a ~3 day turnaround.
Collaborate with hosts and producers, and iterate on feedback to improve the final cut.
Share reusable graphics ideas and tools to help the team work faster without sacrificing quality.
