Preply is seeking an experienced Video Editor for its Creative Studio in Barcelona to own end-to-end editing of long-form YouTube content. You will collaborate with cinematographers, motion designers, and localization teams to craft compelling stories from interviews and tutorials.

You should have 7+ years of professional editing using Premiere Pro, strong audio post skills, and an eye for color grading. The role emphasizes independent work, brand alignment, and efficient delivery.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a video editor with long-form content (10+ minutes).
• Strong narrative editing craft with structuring, pacing, and storytelling from raw footage.
• Solid audio post skills: dialogue editing, music selection, sound design, mixing to delivery specs.
• Experience incorporating AI solutions into workflows to speed up processes.
• Working knowledge of color correction and LUTs across mixed footage sources.
• Comfort using motion graphics templates (lower thirds, captions) in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro as your primary editing tool.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end editing of medium (5+ minutes) and long-form YouTube videos (10+ minutes) with clear structure and rhythm.
• Work independently from brief to locked cut; make initial structure and pacing calls and align with brand.
• Handle full audio pass: dialogue clean-up, music, sound design, and mixing to specs.
• Manage color correction and grading for consistent on-brand look across sources.
• Use motion design templates to add lower thirds, captions, simple overlays; customize templates as needed.
• Finish and deliver masters to spec: codecs, aspect ratios, captions, timestamps, and handoffs.
• Keep projects organized so team members can pick up where you left off.
• Collaborate with cinematographer, motion designers, and localization on review rounds.
