BMAT Music Innovators is seeking a Copyrights Specialist to manage musical asset data, resolve ownership conflicts on YouTube CMS, and drive data-driven improvements across teams. You will enrich metadata, verify copyright ownership, and report KPIs to leadership while collaborating closely with the Copyrights team.

Based in Barcelona, the role offers flexible hours and a dynamic work environment, with opportunities to influence conflict resolution processes and ownership transfers for clients.

Formación

• 2+ years admin or copyright experience in the music industry.
• Experience with YouTube CMS and asset verification.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to track, analyze KPIs and integrate data into workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, review and resolve asset conflicts for publishers on YouTube.
• Research composition ownership and metadata for copyrights.
• Perform conflict resolution tasks within YouTube CMS.
• Manage processes through BMAT conflict resolution platform.
• Analyze conflict data and report KPIs and trends.
• Assist with ownership transfers and research catalog acquisitions.
• Escalate findings about bad actors to leadership.
