2btube is seeking a proactive influencer marketing specialist to support day-to-day brand client relationships, help manage campaigns from briefing to completion, and assist in crafting proposals aligned with client objectives.

You will coordinate with Creative, Production, Paid Media, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure smooth execution, identify growth opportunities, and support upsells while keeping campaigns on track with deadlines and deliverables.

• Support the day-to-day relationship with our brand clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Assist in managing influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to completion, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and client expectations are met.
• Support the preparation and presentation of campaign proposals and recommendations based on client objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Production, Paid Media, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
• Identify potential opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support upselling initiatives.

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management

• Support the development of influencer marketing proposals, including talent scouting, profile selection and campaign recommendations.
• Help coordinate content creation with influencers and UGC creators, ensuring content follows campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Follow up on collaborations between brands and influencers, monitoring deliverables, timelines and campaign progress.
• Support the preparation of campaign reports and presentations, highlighting key results and insights.
• Develop a good understanding of the main KPIs used to measure influencer marketing and branded content campaigns.

Industry Knowledge & Trends

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, formats and developments across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitch.
• Develop a strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing and UGC landscape.
• Keep up with emerging social media trends and new content formats to bring fresh ideas and opportunities to our clients.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales, Operations, Services, Production, Marketing and Finance teams, keeping them informed of relevant client and campaign developments.

What you bring to it:

• Creativity and Passion.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital media, influencer marketing, social media, branded content or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing, advertising or digital agency is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge of Branded Content.
• Experience working with influencers, creators and/or UGC campaigns.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and an understanding of its role within creator-led and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Passionate about social media.
• Good knowledge of the YouTube, Instagram, Spotify and TikTok ecosystems.
• Good understanding of data, analytics and AI tools..
• Bachelor's degree, university degree or equivalent of 3-4 years duration.
• Ability to work very quickly and under pressure on multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

What we offer:

• 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday at the 2btube office. C/ Marqués de Monteagudo 24 (Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00/10:00 to 17:30/18:30 and Friday teleworking from 08:00 to 15:00
• 1 day of teleworking (Friday) + 2 days of teleworking per month.
• 4 weeks of teleworking in summer.
• 2 weeks of teleworking at Christmas.
• Intensive working hours from 8:00 to 15:00 in July and August.
