A leading technology company in Madrid seeks a marketing assistant to support local projects and campaigns from briefing to execution. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with fluency in English and Chinese, strong project management skills, and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include assisting in marketing team tasks and supporting internal stakeholders.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive approach to recommending changes and improvements.
• Strong project and/or campaign management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in local marketing projects from briefing to execution.
• Help with MKT team administrative tasks like finance and budget.
• Support Ecommerce, Retail, and Marketing Team members.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Assist in local marketing projects and campaigns from the briefing stage until the execution; support in building campaign brief, agency briefing, feedbacks;
• Help in administrative tasks of MKT team such as finance and budget management;
• Support internal stakeholders – Ecommerce, Retail and Marketing Team members;

Supporting product launches, managing the content and implementing the ideas with Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1 / 2 years experience;
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Spanish is a plus;
• Strong, proven project and / or campaign management experience;
• Knowledge of Excel tools, very well organized person;

Proactive approach to recommending changes and improvements for the campaigns.
