Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to support day‑to‑day BAU of Workday across multiple functional areas. The role involves configuration, testing, deployments, data integrity, and collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors in an international environment.

The position is fully remote, based in Spain or Portugal, with a UK manager and cross‑country stakeholder engagement. A strong emphasis on process improvement and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in information systems, computer science, HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience including Workday configuration and support.
• Experience supporting Workday across multiple functional areas: processes, security, reporting, data integrity, releases, integrations.
• Experience with third‑party vendors and collaboration with international, cross‑functional teams is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRIS team with day‑to‑day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and system changes.
• Investigate issues, root causes, and propose sustainable solutions or alternatives.
• Monitor Workday inbox, resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Support data quality, regulatory compliance and process integrity.
• Assist with data clean‑up and remediation activities.
• Participate in system testing: unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Support release readiness activities and post‑deployment support.
• Review and maintain configuration to align with HRIS standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and data quality.
• Partner with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and vendors to translate requirements into system designs.
• Manage configuration, design, maintenance, and implementation of Workday and related apps.
• Contribute to special projects and broader HRIS initiatives.
