Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an advisory professional to work on Workday projects in Madrid. You will guide organizations through HR process transformations using cloud-based solutions and contribute to innovative HR practices.

Your role includes advising clients on Absence and Time Tracking modules, managing workshops, and liaising with stakeholders. Strong background in Workday and excellent communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and alignment with client requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients on Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions.
• Liaising with clients and vendors for solution delivery.
