Formación

We are looking for Italian-speaking Advertisers Support Specialists to assist small and medium businesses (SMBs) with their digital advertising needs.

In this role, you will help advertisers grow by providing post-sales support, troubleshooting, and product guidance all in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support SMB advertisers via email, chat, and occasional outbound support calls
  • Provide assistance with Facebook / Instagram advertising tools
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, report bugs, and guide clients through solutions
  • Offer pre- and post-sales product support
  • Improve client experience through accurate information and product knowledge
  • Identify trends and recurring issues among advertiser accounts
  • Manage multiple tools and platforms while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements
  • Fluent Italian (C1+) and strong English communication skills
  • Great problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfortable working with multiple digital tools
  • Positive, proactive, and customer‑oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or tech support is a plus
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week (8h/day + 1h lunch)
  • Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 – 24:00
  • Portuguese public holidays apply
  • 22 days annual leave

Contract

12-month initial contract. Renewable + possibility of permanent contract.
