Are you tech‑savvy, proactive, and excited to grow your web and admin skills in a creative, international team? We’re a fast‑growing theater & improv company looking for a digital assistant to support our websites, CRM, and online operations.

🖥️ Your Role
🌐 WordPress & Website Support (Remote | 2–4 hrs / week | Project‑Based)

You’ll help us improve and maintain our website while making processes more automated and efficient.

  • Supporting and managing a WordPress Multisite with Oxygen Builder
  • Implementing a calendar that integrates with WooCommerce and APIs, showing all courses and dates on one overview page
  • Exploring and setting up automation features (e.g., notifications when a course reaches its 2nd week)
  • Proposing and implementing improvements in website development, UX / UI, and user journeys
  • Making edits using HTML / CSS / PHP when needed
  • Managing plugins, backend tasks, and API connections (especially with Brevo CRM)
  • Handling occasional hosting tasks (Plesk or similar tools)
✅ What You Bring
  • Strong experience with WordPress (essential)
  • Familiarity with Oxygen Builder, HTML / CSS, PHP, and front / back-end basics (a plus)
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Brevo, HubSpot), plugins, spreadsheets, and automations
  • A good eye for UX / UI and an interest in creating clean, user‑friendly designs
  • Proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Bonus: An interest in improv or working in creative environments
