Job summary

EspaisRoca is seeking a passionate Server & Bartender to join Capítulo, a vibrant wine bar and café inside the 1920s Casa Roca in the heart of Palma. You will work on the floor and at the bar, greeting guests and guiding wine tastings.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; Mallorcan/Catalan is a plus. You will handle coffee, beverages, and table service across breakfast, brunch, and dinner, collaborating with the team to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience in café, bar, or wine bar.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mallorcan/Catalan is a plus.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Excellent communication and guest relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and guide wine experiences.
• Prepare specialty beverages and barista duties.
• Provide table service across breakfast, brunch, and dinner.
• Collaborate with management and kitchen for smooth operations.
• Maintain clean and organized bar and dining areas.
