Casa Roca in Palma is seeking a passionate host to lead cooking classes, market tours, and premium tasting experiences. You will guide guests through Mercat de l'Olivar, then present Mallorcan dishes and wine pairings with storytelling flair.

The role requires 2–3 years in tourism or hospitality, fluent English and Spanish (German a plus), and a genuine love for Balearic wine, spirits, and local gastronomy. Training is provided and development opportunities await.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead Cooking Classes & Market Tours to guide guests through Mercat de l'Olivar and prepare Mallorcan dishes.
• Be the Master of Tastings, sharing winemaking stories and pairing suggestions.
• Manage logistics in Tasting Rooms ensuring timing, presentation, and premium hospitality standards.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, and versatile host to bring our 5-star experiences to life. We need a true storyteller—someone who is just as happy strolling through a local market as they are discussing the tasting notes of an indigenous grape or preparing the perfect pairing.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Cooking Classes & Market Tours: You will start by guiding guests through the iconic Mercat de l'Olivar to select fresh ingredients. we'll head back to Casa Roca, where we will show our guests how to become real chefs of our Mallorcan dishes.
• Be the Master of Tastings: You will become a passionate wine/ coffe/ Gin historian. Your mission will be to guide guests through the secrets of winemaking, revealing the legacy and history behind each producer, and elevating the tasting experience with suggestions for the perfect pairing
• Manage the Magic: Ensure flawless logistics in our exclusive Tasting Rooms, taking the utmost care with timing, the presentation of pairings, and the highest standards of premium hospitality.

What You Need:

• Charisma & Storytelling: Be a confident communicator with infectious energy. You must know how to convey the story behind each product (such as our 5-generation tradition) and adapt your tone to international groups.
• Experience: 2–3 years in tourism, hospitality, as a tour guide
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. (Fluency in German is a strong bonus).
• Passion: A genuine, demonstrable interest in Balearic wine, spirits, coffee culture, and local gastronomy.
