Job summary

ROBINSON is seeking a Windsurf Instructor (m/f/d) to join our water sports teams at ROBINSON in Spain. You will coach guests who love the ocean, introduce beginners, and supervise equipment rental and the water sports area.

You will work in a team that values community, gain access to modern gear, and have opportunities for further training. A wind-surfing instructor license, people skills, a friendly demeanour, and a willingness to live at one club for at least six months are required.

Qualifications

• Wind-surfing instructor license is required.
• Enjoy interacting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Be friendly, open and communicative.
• Desire to teach and run events near the water.
• Demonstrate responsibility, professionalism and organizational talent.
• Willingness to live and work at a ROBINSON club for at least six consecutive months.

Responsibilities

• Coach guests and introduce beginners to windsurfing.
• Supervise equipment rental and the water-sports area.
• Plan and run events and activities on the water.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.

Do you live your life on surfboards and waves? At our water sports stations you coach guests who love the ocean just as much as you do, sensitively introduce beginners and provide new input to advanced surfers. Your tasks include introductions to the materials and territories as well as the consultations and supervision of the equipment rental or the water sports area.
