Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Windows & VMware Administrator (L3) for a hybrid role in Madrid. You will provide hands-on L3 support for Windows Server and VMware, manage upgrades and patches, administer ESXi/vCenter, and drive ITIL-aligned change and incident processes.

Formación

5+ years of experience as a Windows & VMware Administrator in enterprise environments.
Extensive experience with Windows Server administration and VMware infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
Experience with ITIL-based support models.
Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

Provide L3 support for Windows Server and VMware platforms in enterprise environments.
Manage Windows Server administration, upgrades, migrations and patching activities.
Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines and host infrastructure.
Support Windows Failover Clustering, DFS and File Services.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
Execute change, problem, request and configuration management activities following ITIL processes.
Coordinate maintenance activities, platform upgrades and infrastructure changes.
Mentor L1/L2 teams and contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives.
