Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Windows & VMware Administrator (L3) for a hybrid role in Madrid. You will provide hands-on L3 support for Windows Server and VMware, manage upgrades and patches, administer ESXi/vCenter, and drive ITIL-aligned change and incident processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Windows & VMware Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server administration and VMware infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Experience with ITIL-based support models.
• Professional level of English.

• Provide L3 support for Windows Server and VMware platforms in enterprise environments.
• Manage Windows Server administration, upgrades, migrations and patching activities.
• Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines and host infrastructure.
• Support Windows Failover Clustering, DFS and File Services.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution.

• Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
• VMware ESXi 7.x / 8.x and vCenter
• DFS and File Services

• Enterprise Monitoring and ITSM Tools
• Hybrid Infrastructure and Security Compliance Frameworks
• 5+ years of experience as a Windows & VMware Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and VMware infrastructure management.
• Experience with server builds, upgrades, migrations, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Clustering, DFS and File Services.
• Experience working within ITIL-based support models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional level of English.
• Workplace: Hybrid (Madrid)
• Work Schedule: 12x5 coverage (8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00)
• Office attendance: 3 days per week
