Job summary

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control and Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
• You have proven experience in control system tuning, optimization, and validation, ideally within wind turbine systems.
• Strong understanding of control theory and system dynamics to balance energy production with mechanical loads.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink with hands-on simulation-based verification.

Responsibilities

• Tune, optimize, and validate wind turbine control systems for peak performance across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with functionality development teams to improve control strategies for reliability.
• Plan software-in-the-loop simulations to validate control functionalities against performance and safety.
• Support commissioning and field validation of prototypes and fleet turbines using operational data.
