Siemens Energy in Bilbao is seeking a Product Manager focused on Wind Power and SCADA to bridge business needs with agile development teams. You’ll own the product direction and collaborate across disciplines to deliver scalable software for wind farms.
You bring a Master’s in software engineering and hands-on OT/SCADA experience, strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, cost-conscious mindset to drive value and maintainability.
Formación
- Master's degree in software engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on understanding of wind farm operations and SCADA systems.
- Experience in Product Management or similar roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
- Pragmatic decision-making with a focus on cost efficiency and maintainability.
Responsabilidades
- Act as Product Manager for OT software and SCADA-related solutions, owning prioritization and value delivery across agile teams.
- Translate wind farm operational challenges into practical product requirements for customers.
- Balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands-on involvement in agile delivery teams.
- Drive prioritization based on business value, cost efficiency and technical feasibility.
- Identify technology trends and partnerships that support scalable, maintainable solutions.
