Formación

• Master's degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Wind Power SCADA and OT environments.

Join Siemens Energy as a Product Manager with a strong focus on Wind Power and SCADA systems, where you act as the key link between business needs and agile development teams. Ideally, you have knowledge from the energy sector – maybe you even have a hands‑on understanding of how wind farm operators work and the daily challenges they face, translating this into scalable and maintainable digital solutions. You operate across both strategic and operational levels – shaping product direction while working closely with teams to ensure efficient delivery. Your soft skills are strong and you know how to navigate having many different stakeholders in a dynamic environment, as well as manage both upwards, sideways and downwards. You are the type of person that takes ownership, and with a pragmatic mindset, you balance innovation, cost awareness and technical feasibility to deliver competitive solutions that create real business value.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Act as Product Manager for OT software and SCADA‑related solutions, owning prioritization and value delivery across agile teams
• Translate real‑world wind farm operational challenges into product requirements, ensuring solutions are practical and customer‑focused
• Balance strategic roadmap ownership with hands‑on involvement in agile delivery teams
• Drive prioritization based on business value, cost efficiency and technical feasibility
• Identify technology trends and partnerships that support scalable, maintainable and competitive solutions

What You Bring

• Master's degree in software engineering or similar combined with strong experience in Wind Power SCADA systems and OT environments
• Hands‑on understanding of wind farm operations and the challenges faced by operators and service organizations
• Proven experience working both strategically and operationally within Product Management or similar roles
• Strong business mindset with focus on cost efficiency, maintainability and pragmatic decision‑making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains
