The EHS Specialist at GE Vernova will provide day-to-day EHS support across wind energy sites, ensuring compliance with local, national and customer standards. You will work with field service engineers, contractors and staff to maintain safe operations within the defined scope.

Based in Spain (Barcelona area), the role requires strong knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and training, with up to 50% travel and collaboration with regional teams to drive

Formación

• Technical background in electricity, mechanical, etc.
• Master's degree in EHS or equal
• 5 years of experience in wind field operations and/or EHS
• Fluent English; Spanish and Catalan
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel 50% of the time

Responsabilidades

• Interpret local and national EHS laws, regulations and procedures.
• Prepare EHS documentation and review other documents for assessment.
• Ensure customer EHS requirements are followed for site access.
• Train personnel on laws, regulations and risk mitigation.
• Support Site Manager in EHS program implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and audits per region plan.
• Manage PPE and EHS documentation for staff and visitors.
