Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

We are looking for a WF O&M Coordinator based in Madrid or Sevilla to support our projects globally.

What will you help with?

• Management and control of the wind farms portfolio , ensuring operational performance and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitoring and verification of alarms and incidents through SCADA and monitoring systems.
• Preparation of reports with the main KPIs of the wind projects (availability, production, curtailments, losses, etc.).
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractor activities, including regular inspections and site visits to wind farms.
• Contractual monitoring of service providers (OEMs, ISPs, subcontractors) during the exploitation phase of the projects.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual milestones, deliverables, and reporting obligations to stakeholders.
• Preparation and control of annual operating budgets (P&L) for wind assets.
• Coordination with grid operators, transmission system operators (TSOs), and public authorities.
• Knowledge and application of environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements for wind projects.
• Oversight of technical regulations, inspections, and required certifications for wind turbines and associated infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems for data acquisition, management, and performance analysis in wind farms.
• Knowledge of communication systems (Satellite, FO, WiMAX, etc.) and their use in wind energy operations.

Who you are :

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or similar. Master in Renewable Energy is valued.
• Based in Madrid or Sevilla.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• At least 5 years of experience in O&M activities for wind projects.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and wind turbine technology.
• Domain of Office package, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• International experience is a plus.
