Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer based in Spain to own frontend experiences for high‑ownership onchain trading terminals across Solana and EVM.

You will shape real-money trading surfaces, implement latency‑sensitive interfaces, and unify wallet experiences across platforms. You will work in a remote-first, AI‑native environment with significant ownership, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, reliable production software and measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend engineering experience with production Web3 apps.
• Proven track record shipping real-money trading interfaces.
• Hands-on with Solana and EVM ecosystems.
• Strong experience with real-time, latency-sensitive frontend tech (WebSockets, RPC, optimistic UI).
• Experience integrating wallets and wallet adapters for onchain transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading on Solana and EVM.
• Take end-to-end ownership of at least one revenue-generating surface from ideation to production.
• Build latency-sensitive trading experiences with live data, execution, and transaction states.
• Unify Solana and EVM wallet experiences into a coherent UI with parity across platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps in a compact team.
• Apply AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery while ensuring production quality.
