Indra is seeking a Web Portals Development Team Lead in Madrid. You will steer a 10–15 person development squad, ensure on‑time delivery and code quality, and coordinate with the solution's technical coordinator.

You bring at least 3 years leading web teams and 5+ years building web portals, with strong HTML/CSS/JS skills and experience in Angular, React, or Vue.js. A focus on security, WCAG, and OpenJDK 8+ is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate a Web Portals development team (10–15 people).
• Supervise technical progress of projects and monitor tasks.
• Provide technical support for blockers within the team.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members.
• Ensure coordination with other areas and with the solution's technical coordinator.
• Participate in design and development of web portals, ensuring quality.
• Apply best practices in web security and data protection.
• Contribute to UI/UX and accessibility standards (WCAG).
