Job summary

Winid is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Madrid to join an international team building a large-scale SaaS platform. You will work across backend with Node.js/TypeScript and frontend with React, shaping architecture and owning features from design through deployment.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, product thinking and collaboration with Product Managers in a hybrid in-office/remote setup. Fluent English is required to collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend.
• Experience in product-based SaaS companies.
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript expertise.
• Solid React experience and modern frontend practices.
• End-to-end feature design across the full stack.
• Knowledge of microservices and scalable APIs.
• Ability to shape architecture and own features.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end product features across backend and frontend.
• Build scalable services with Node.js/TypeScript and API design.
• Develop high-quality UIs using React with focus on usability and performance.
• Participate in architectural decisions and library/component evolution.
• Work with a serverless proprietary cloud platform.
• Take end-to-end ownership from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to translate requirements.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews and CI/CD.
