Anonymous is seeking a Web Content and Communication Coordinator (French native) to blend digital content management with stakeholder coordination in an international setting. You will publish articles, optimise content and support campaigns across multiple audiences.

Ideally you bring 1–3 years in digital communications, CMS experience, and a strong eye for detail. A hybrid work setup and a competitive salary deliver a meaningful role within our international team.

Formación

• Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Journalism, Multimedia or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, content management, or related areas.
• Experience in international/multicultural environments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

We are supporting an established international organisation in the search for a Web Content and Communication Coordinator (French native)

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining digital communication, content management and stakeholder coordination to deliver engaging online experiences and support organisational initiatives across multiple audiences.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, publication and continuous improvement of digital content while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and international environment.

Location

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Publishing

• Create, edit and publish digital content, including articles, visuals and multimedia assets.
• Maintain and update content through content management systems (CMS).
• Ensure content quality, accessibility and compliance with relevant regulations and organisational standards.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and user experience across digital channels.

Digital Communications

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support communication initiatives and content delivery.
• Coordinate editorial planning and content calendars.
• Optimise digital content to improve engagement, visibility and user experience.
• Support communication campaigns and audience engagement activities.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor website and platform performance through analytics tools.
• Analyse engagement metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content effectiveness and user experience.

Technical & Creative Support

• Ensure content is correctly formatted and displayed across multiple devices and platforms.
• Provide first-level support for content-related technical issues.
• Contribute to the creation and adaptation of visual and multimedia content.
• Liaise with technical teams when required to resolve platform issues.

Project Coordination

• Support the implementation and delivery of communication and digital projects.
• Coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Assist with the organisation of events, initiatives and special projects.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across different locations and functions.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Design, Journalism, Multimedia or a related field.

Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, content management, community engagement or related areas.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

Technical Skills

• Experience using CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency with digital content creation and visual design tools.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
