DNV is seeking a Solutions Specialist for the Green Data Products Solutions team. You will design, implement, and maintain custom solutions for customers, acting as a trusted advisor in weather and energy forecasting.

Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and identify opportunities to extend product value during the energy transition. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and sales colleagues to translate customer needs into concrete,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Meteorology, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of weather and energy forecasting experience, including solar; wind is a plus.
• At least 2 years in customer-facing technical roles.
• At least 2 years in scientific computing with Python or a similar language.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations, identifying potential customers for custom solutions.
• Work with customers to understand needs and design, cost, and propose solutions that address those requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to the sales team on technical concepts.
• Represent DNV at conferences and events, including speaking engagements where appropriate.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and prospects to maximize solution value.
• Support Customer Success and Sales by troubleshooting issues and feeding product feedback to the team.
