We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations.

Your mission:

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Full administrative management: invoices, contracts, client registrations, and reports
  • Charter coordination: check-ins, check-outs, and client documentation
  • Office management: logistics, suppliers, and inventory
  • Financial follow-up: Excel tracking and reporting (fuel, expenses, etc.)
  • Client communication: email, phone, and front-desk coordination
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Is highly organized, structured, and reliable
  • Has strong communication and administrative skills
  • Feels at home in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Speaks fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
  • Is motivated to grow with us long term
