AECOM Spain is seeking a Water Utilities Design Lead with deep experience in water supply and wastewater systems to steer design, calculations, and QA/QC across multiple projects. You will coordinate with clients and engineers, leading technical decisions and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The role requires 15+ years in water utilities, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a hybrid work model in Madrid. Onboarding and professional development are emphasized.

Formación

• Civil Engineering degree and professional registration is advantageous.
• 15+ years of Water Utilities experience, with leadership of technical disciplines.
• Experience with water distribution and wastewater systems; BIM familiarity.
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical authority for the discipline across projects.
• Lead technical coordination and ensure consistency of approaches.
• Apply QA/QC to calculations, hydraulic models, drawings and specs.
• Manage discipline scope, schedules, risks and resources.
