Mott MacDonald is seeking a Project Technical Lead to oversee the technical delivery of water and wastewater projects across Spain, the UK, and Ireland. The role focuses on coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality technical outputs, and mentoring junior staff.
You will work in a hybrid setup within a global, employee-owned consultancy, delivering innovative solutions across new frameworks and ongoing programmes.
Formación
- Chartered Engineer status and professional registration expected.
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Experience delivering feasibility and outline design solutions.
- Experience supporting bids and client interactions.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the technical delivery of clean water and wastewater projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Spain, the UK, and Ireland to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Lead client engagement and contribute to bids and proposals.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the programme.
