Job summary

Confidential employer in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a customer service assistant for a watch and jewelry stand. You will be the first contact for visitors, handling logging and care tasks, including battery changes and bracelet adjustments.

Qualifications

• Essential prior experience or formal training in customer service and direct public interaction.
• Careful and attentive handling when working with delicate personal items such as watches and jewelry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and courteously with every customer.
• Knowledge of languages is considered an advantage, helping you assist international visitors across Palma.
• Enthusiasm to learn practical tasks, as prior specialized watchmaking experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, receiving their watches and jewelry items, and carefully logging them for workshop repair.
• Handing back serviced items to clients and answering routine questions regarding care and basic maintenance.
• Performing simple on-site interventions directly at the stand, including watch battery replacements.
• Adjusting metal bracelets and sizing straps accurately according to customer preferences.
• Maintaining an orderly workstation and ensuring clear documentation during intake and collection.
