Your responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Experience in hospitality is preferred, and fluency in English is a must. Formación

• Experience in hospitality and customer service is preferred.

Our mission is to provide guests with excellent food, professional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and a smile.
• Present menus and recommend food and beverages
• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks according to service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests in a friendly manner
• Operate the cash register and process payments
• Support opening and closing routines and, when required, reconcile the cash register
• Work with the company’s digital POS system, intranet, and booking system
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
• Collaborate with colleagues in both kitchen and front of house to ensure smooth service
