Alma Fuengirola is hiring three Waiters/Waitresses to join our international front of house team in Fuengirola. We pride ourselves on a warm, relaxed atmosphere by the sea, with guests from around the world. You will welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a lively, team-oriented environment.

We value attitude and willingness to learn as much as experience. Legal right to work in Spain and English fluency are important, with Spanish or other languages

Join the team at Alma FuengirolaAlma is growing, and we are looking for three Waiters/Waitresses to join our international Front of House team in Fuengirola.We are a Mediterranean restaurant by the sea with a warm, relaxed atmosphere and guests from all over the world. Our approach to service is professional but genuine: we want our guests to feel welcome, comfortable and looked after without making hospitality feel formal or forced.

Your role

• Welcoming and taking care of our guests throughout their experience at Alma
• Taking orders and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
• Serving food, wine and drinks
• Preparing and maintaining the restaurant for service
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams
• Keeping your section organised and running smoothly
• Helping the team wherever needed during busy services

Alma is a relatively small restaurant, so teamwork and flexibility are essential. We don’t believe in “that’s not my job” — when service gets busy, we help each other.We’re building a strong team for the long term and are looking for people who want to be part of that journey.

Requisitos

We are looking for positive, reliable and outgoing people who genuinely enjoy working with others. Previous hospitality experience is valued, but it is not essential. For us, attitude, willingness to learn and being a good team player are just as important as experience. If you don’t have much experience but you are motivated, responsible and eager to learn, we are happy to teach you.

Se Ofrece

€1,750 – €1,900 gross/month
