Kinora Group in Madrid seeks an experienced operator-strategist to drive both the group’s strategic agenda and execution. The role is roughly 50% strategy / 50% operations—shaping decisions around capital allocation, portfolio strategy, M&A and governance, while ensuring priorities translate into action across the group’s businesses.

You will act as the connective tissue between the CEO, Board, central platform, and operating businesses, keeping priorities clear, decisions moving, and execution

Formación

• 10+ years in strategy, investing, consulting, chief of staff, or senior operations.
• Experience across multiple businesses, entities, or a portfolio environment.
• Strong strategic judgment across capital, M&A, portfolio strategy and business evaluation.
• Equally strong execution, organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in a high-ambiguity, high-trust environment.

About the Group

Opportunity to join fast-growing consumer group building and scaling businesses across food & beverage, hospitality, entertainment, and adjacent categories. This is a parent company tole for the group which operates ~12 alongside a central platform, and is entering a new phase of institutional growth, with an active M&A and capital-raising agenda. The group has grown from 50 to ~800 in 4 years.

Role

An operator-strategist to drive both the group's strategic agenda and execution. The role is roughly 50% strategy / 50% operations - shaping decisions around capital allocation, portfolio strategy, M&A and governance, while ensuring priorities translate into action across the group's businesses. You will act as the connective tissue between the CEO, Board, central platform, and operating businesses, keeping priorities clear, decisions moving, and execution accountable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and drive follow-through for Board and leadership meetings
• Lead key strategic workstreams across growth, capital, portfolio development, and organizational priorities
• Support capital allocation, M&A, and new venture/partnership evaluation
• Translate group strategy into clear, trackable initiatives across the businesses

Operations

• Help run operating cadence: priorities, decisions, follow-ups, and accountability
• Own group-level reporting and governance rhythms
• Identify and resolve cross-business execution gaps and bottlenecks
• Build the operating discipline required to scale beyond a founder-led model

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years' experience in xkdbapo strategy, investing, consulting, chief of staff, or senior operations
• Experience working across multiple businesses, entities, or a portfolio environment
• Strong strategic judgment across capital, M&A, portfolio strategy, and business evaluation
• Equally strong execution, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in a high-ambiguity, high-trust environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid
• Consumer, F&B, hospitality, entertainment, or brand experience is a plus
