Alpega Group is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead our global engineering organization. Based in Barcelona with teams across Europe, you will shape the strategy to modernize platform architecture, drive cloud-native delivery, and establish a scalable, API-first stack.

You will build high-performance, product-focused teams, embrace AI-assisted development and data-driven experimentation, and partner with Product to deliver measurable customer value.

Formación

• 15+ years in software leadership roles.
• Led large (100+), distributed SaaS engineering organisations.
• Experience modernising complex systems and scaling platforms.
• Strong in cloud architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Evolution: Modernise architecture toward cloud-native, API-first systems and DevOps backbone.
• Delivery Velocity: Increase speed and predictability of execution with clear KPIs and quality improvements.
• Engineering Culture: Build high-performing, product-focused teams with strong ownership.
• Innovation Enablement: Embed AI-assisted development and data-driven experimentation with Product.
