Alantra is seeking an Associate / Vice President in Madrid to strengthen the second-line Risk & Compliance framework across Asset Management and Equities. The role combines risk oversight with regulatory compliance, control testing, monitoring and governance reporting.

Working closely with investment teams and control functions, you will identify and challenge risks, assess the effectiveness of controls and translate regulatory requirements into practical arrangements, with initial focus on

Qualifications

• Three+ years in risk management, compliance or internal control.
• Depth in AIFMD and MiFID requirements.
• Experience with fund structures and capital-markets services.
• Ability to challenge risks with clear reporting.

Responsabilités

• Identify, assess, monitor and report fund and portfolio risks.
• Monitor portfolios against investment mandates and risk limits.
• Support risk assessment of illiquid and private-market investments.
• Maintain risk and control inventories and risk indicators.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and governance papers.
