Alantra is seeking a Vice President for its Investment Banking division focused on Energy and Infrastructure in Madrid. You will participate in active mandates, including buy- and sell-side, debt and equity advisory, with substantial client exposure and responsibilities for financial modelling, data room management, and presentation materials.

Formación

Advanced financial modelling to build integrated projections and test deal feasibility.
Strong ability to interact with clients and manage expectations.
Proven experience in delivering pitches, information memoranda and management presentations.

Responsabilidades

Participate in execution of active mandates (buy/sell, debt and equity advisory).
Lead marketing initiatives: market analyses, industry screening and target identification.
Maintain strong client exposure and manage client relationships throughout projects.
Present professionally with clients and colleagues, maintaining credibility in all interactions.
Identify client needs, plan for self and team, and organize junior resources to meet deadlines.
Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance environment.
Demonstrate commercial mindset and generate ideas for future business opportunities.
