Alantra is seeking a VP for its Investment Banking division (Energy and Infrastructure). The candidate will participate in the execution of active mandates (buy- and sell-side, Debt and Equity Advisory) with strong client exposure, including information memoranda and financial analyses.

You will also support market analyses, identify targets or buyers, and present professionally to clients. The role requires 6–9 years of experience in top-tier firms, fluent English, and the ability to manage

Formación

• Graduates from top-tier business or engineering schools; Masters in Corporate Finance preferred.
• 6–9 years of experience in leading investment banks, M&A boutiques, corporates or Big 4 firms.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills; ability to build detailed integrated models.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills; professional maturity to interact with clients.
• Fluent English writing and speaking; ability to manage multiple assignments in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the execution of active mandates (buy- and sell-side, Debt and Equity Advisory) with client exposure and deliverables such as information memoranda, management presentations, financial analysis and modelling.
• Support market analyses, strategic and competitive analyses, and identification of potential targets/buyers with valuations.
• Identify client needs, plan for themselves and team, and coach junior resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Present professionally and credibly to clients and colleagues, and contribute ideas to generate future business.
