Are you an experienced telecom professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and fast‑growing environment? VR Telecom is excited to announce an open position for a Voice Account Manager to join our international team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of voice accounts, both buying and selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global carriers and partners.
  • Negotiate competitive rates, manage routing plans, and secure profitable voice traffic deals.
  • Monitor traffic performance, analyze trends, and resolve any quality or routing issues.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and payment cycles.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in voice account management.
  • Deep understanding of VoIP services, CLI/NCLI routing, A‑Z rate negotiation, and interconnection agreements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess traffic and routing performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
